Our services are intended to provide support and recommendations for foot health and comfort. While we employ professional analysis techniques, our services do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment by licensed physicians. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider for medical conditions requiring treatment.

Service availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

3. User Responsibilities

As a client of Fußalyxa, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and consultations
• Disclose relevant medical history, conditions, and medications that may affect foot health
• Attend scheduled appointments on time or provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Follow care instructions and recommendations provided by our specialists
• Make timely payment for services rendered according to agreed terms
• Treat our staff and facilities with respect and courtesy
• Not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You acknowledge that achieving optimal results may require multiple sessions and adherence to our recommendations, and that individual results may vary.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with Fußalyxa, including but not limited to our website, logos, trademarks, service marks, analysis methodologies, proprietary software, text, graphics, images, and technology, are owned by or licensed to Fußalyxa and are protected by German and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our proprietary systems
• Use our trademarks, branding, or materials without written permission

Your 3D foot scan data and analysis results remain your personal data, but the methodologies and systems used to generate them are our proprietary property.

• Errors or inaccuracies in content or analysis
• Third-party actions or products

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.
